The resort has plans for a future, Beach Club, Club House, 4 more Hotels and 250 plus custom homes. BAC is in charge as Architect for design of the project with a 3 man office in Liberia, Costa Rica

Holiday Isle Resort, Windley Key, Florida: Master Plan with new concepts for exterior elevations, parking and landscaping; Administration building with offices, laundry, storage and dormitories; New check-in building; ADA compliance report; remodeling; New Hotel Units.  Master plans for the Harbor sites – 36 new town homes.

(Established August 13, 1990 dissolved September 24, 1999) Mr. Diehl joined Boca Architects Collaborative owned by Manual R. Bassallo in May 1995 as partner. The firm then was divided in to two groups of work with Mr. Bassallo in charge of Residential and Mr. Diehl in charge of commercial projects.

Religious Buildings: Design Build St. Stephens Episcopal Church School and library update. Designed: Church of the Latter day Saints Hialeah Stake, design research, specifications, estimate and bidding, Peach United Methodist Church, South Dade County social hall and Silver Palm United Methodist Church Homestead, Youth and Wedding Chapel. Faith Revival Church 300 seat church and class rooms Broward County

Designed “Mayfair in the Grove” a $21 million, six story, shopping center/hotel over two underground parking garages.  The building was designed with open courtyard including twenty-six fountains and sculptured concrete arches and columns.  The hotel portion had two hundred fifty six individual designed suites 2 restaurants with interiors designed by the staff.  Building design was based on Art Nouveau Form of the late 1800’s using the sculptural and stain glass designs as well as the tile work similar to Antoni Gaudi’s work in Spain.

As Junior Partner – A hospital design firm in which $35 million of various sized medical facilities were completed in a fourteen month time period with a production crew of twenty six people.

(Architectural and Engineering firm with 180 Employees) As Senior Associate worked on over $300 million of hospitals and medical facilities (1979 dollars) in addition to offices, condominium apartments, military medical facilities, telephone & telegraph buildings and towers, two fast track $10 million high schools, nuclear medicine facilities, shopping centers, industrial manufacturing and warehousing.

Specifications: Directed/coordinated and prepared detail specifications for the entire 180 man office.  Worked with the DOD in starting their master specifications.  As president of the Local CSI chapter organized the first education classes for the National Association and with that two of my board members eventually became national officers one as President

Estimating: Directed and prepared detail estimates on approximately $234 million of projects with an error rate at time of bidding at less than 5%.
